About Kathy Duncan

Kathy Duncan has been a professional in the health and fitness industry for 40+ years. She has authored and presented numerous continuing educational programs for massage therapists, personal trainers, and small businesses. In addition, she developed and managed Athletic Clubs in Oregon, California, and Colorado, and managed personal assets for many Aspen clients.

A Certified Professional Life Coach, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Personal Trainer, Kathy holds many state, regional, and national racquetball and power lifting titles.

Kathy has coached a diverse population during her career including military, professional athletes, and those wanting positive improvements in their lives. She is such a natural motivator, as a high school junior Kathy received the coaches award from the varsity football team for her contributions to the football program.

Kathy is married to Al Bianchine, and they have a little tiny dog named Pete, a parrot, Spanky, and an organic garden.  They currently reside in Western Colorado, and participate in projects to benefit people, animals, and the planet.

Kathy’s first book, The Fit Horse Companion was published in September, 2009. It is available at Amazon and Barnes and Noble in book or ebook.

Now retired, Kathy devotes her time to her passion of researching and writing about holistic lifestyle topics. She contributes to numerous publications and blogs. Her current project is researching the history and various methods of Ancient Therapies, and a related Therapeutic Face Massage program that even Cleopatra herself would benefit from!
